Drives Faster. Holds Longer.

Self-drilling screws enable drilling without first creating a pilot hole.

The distinct flute or drill point at the end enables the screw to be driven straight or at an angle.

Power Pro’s Self-Drilling Metal Screws offer greater pull-out force and up to 20 percent faster drive time than standard metal-to-metal fasteners. The self-drilling tip quickly penetrates metal up to 11 gauge. The serrated head locks screws in place to prevent loosening and stripping. Free 2” Pro-StikTM bit included.

Power Pro also offers a limited number of metal screws designed for wood-to-metal applications. These are made with an epoxy coating designed to resist rust and corrosion and for use with treated lumber. Wood-to-metal screws feature wood piercing wings. The wings bore a hole in the wood, preventing thread engagement during drilling, then break off when they hit steel.
